Return / exchange is possible within
• Either 7 days from the date of receiving
• Or 14 days from the date of purchase
• Only products with original appearance, labels and branded package can be returned or exchanged.
• The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: products with defects or damage caused by the purchaser, promotional items purchased at a discount (excluding defective items), worn items, items that have undergone washing, and items whose return/exchange period has expired.
To make a return, contact us on our social networks with a note of the last name that was in your order. Buyer pays shipping for returned items. The brand pays for return shipping if there is any manufacturing defect on goods.
Money refunds will be paid within 7 days after the brand will get your package with returned goods.
